Tour Exclusions

The following expenses are generally excluded unless specifically mentioned in your selected package or final quotation:

• Personal expenses, including shopping, laundry and telephone charges.
• Food, beverages or meals that are not specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
• Alcoholic beverages and other personal consumption expenses.
• Porterage and baggage-handling charges where applicable.
• Optional activities, experiences or sightseeing not listed in the itinerary.
• Hotel room upgrades or airline class upgrades.
• Pre-tour or post-tour accommodation unless specifically included.
• Flight deviation, date-change or itinerary-change charges.
• Expenses resulting from airline, route or schedule changes.
• Additional costs resulting from changes in government taxes, fuel surcharges, airfare, visa fees or other applicable charges.
• Additional travel insurance costs for guests outside the eligible coverage criteria.
• Medical, hospitalisation, accident or emergency expenses incurred during the trip.
• Expenses arising from circumstances beyond the tour operator's control.
• Airport transfers, airfare or visa-related expenses for joining or leaving guests where applicable.
• Personal activities, adventure experiences or attractions not specifically included in the itinerary.
• Any service or expense not specifically listed under the tour inclusions.
